A PROGRAMME EXAMPLE Everyday is different, this is an example of a typical day at Tenerife Padel Retreat.
- 8-10am Free Time or work Time etc
- 10am -12pm - Padel Time ( 1 hour Lesson + 1 hour practice )
- 12-2pm - Break for lunch or optional Work etc
- 2pm-5pm - Beach Relax or Spa
- 5pm-9pm - Local Padel Match between hours 5-9pm hours 1.5
- 5pm-9pm - Group Meal depending on time of your padel match
